Acceptance

By accessing the website, purchasing Forge Five, downloading the app, or using the software, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the product.

Product scope

Forge Five is a Windows desktop productivity application and a related static marketing website. The app is designed as a local-first tool for planning and tracking five critical tasks per day.

License

When you purchase Forge Five, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for your own lawful use. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or publicly repackage the app or its files unless you have written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site or app, interfere with its normal operation, attempt to bypass licensing or purchase controls, or use the product in a way that violates applicable law.

Payments and delivery

Payments, checkout, receipts, and download delivery may be handled by third-party providers such as Lemon Squeezy or Stripe. Those services may apply their own terms, policies, and operational rules in addition to these terms.

Refunds

Refund decisions are handled under the seller's stated policy and any requirements imposed by the payment provider or applicable law. If a third-party checkout provider is used, that provider may also process refunds or disputes under its own policies.

Intellectual property

The Forge Five name, website copy, visual assets, branding, and software code remain the property of their respective owner unless explicitly stated otherwise. Purchasing the app does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.

No guarantees

Forge Five is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. No guarantee is made that the site or app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every workflow or device configuration.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Forge Five will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, productivity, business, or profits arising from use of the site or software.

Changes to the product or terms

The product, website, pricing, and these terms may be updated over time. Continued use of the site or software after an update means you accept the revised terms.
